GiveShopper™ allows you to shop at participating retailers and trigger donations to Supported Causes through our Give Back Window™. Donation amounts and eligibility may vary by retailer and purchase activity. We do not guarantee that any specific purchase will result in a donation.
Donations are processed through our partnerships with nonprofit and charitable organizations. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, GiveShopper™ is not responsible for the financial operations or tax status of any third-party organizations. Donation data is provided for informational purposes only.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software used on the Service are the property of GiveShopper™ or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included content without prior written consent.
The Service may contain links to third-party sites. GiveShopper™ is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colorado, Arapahoe County.
We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify users of any material changes, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
